該機(jī)是我司根據(jù)市場需求所開發(fā)的一款新型對(duì)折縫合機(jī)，配合斜紋卷布機(jī)，切捆條機(jī)使用，代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的帶刀縫紉機(jī)用人工對(duì)折后再縫布，大大提高工作效率。適用于各種布料、無紡布、泡棉、皮革、紙張等材料的對(duì)折縫合、切邊、劈縫。

配備特點(diǎn)：
1. 機(jī)頭可選裝：高速側(cè)切刀平縫機(jī)、五線包縫機(jī)、超聲波縫合機(jī)
2、帶木板的放料架設(shè)計(jì)在對(duì)折架下面，既節(jié)省占地空間又可放整卷布料或者散裝坯布。并帶有有擴(kuò)幅和對(duì)邊功能，可將布料擴(kuò)幅和對(duì)邊后通過對(duì)折架將布料整齊對(duì)折并不產(chǎn)生皺紋。
3、拉布機(jī)構(gòu)將對(duì)折后的布料送入縫紉機(jī)，縫合切邊，經(jīng)劈縫及熱壓裝置，將布邊劈開熨平，再經(jīng)壓布輥壓死，拉布輥將布料拉出后，擺布架將布料擺成Z字形折疊起來。
4、采用智能溫控器控制溫度，溫度精確。并配有米表，可計(jì)量長度。
5、縫紉及拉布由同一變頻電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，采用變頻無級(jí)調(diào)速，能滿足不同布料及速度的要求，同步性高，縫布速度可達(dá)每小時(shí)650米。
6、配有斷線自動(dòng)停機(jī)裝置，斷線或布料沒縫合好都可自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
7、配有定寬鐵，保證整卷布料對(duì)折縫合后寬度一致。
8、配有自動(dòng)收邊料裝置，可將切下來的邊角料收卷起來。
